End-to-End Solutions
Don't have print-ready files? We build them.
Brand Identity
We don't just put logos on boxes. Our creative studio develops comprehensive visual identities, from typography and color palettes to custom illustration—ensuring your packaging aligns with your market positioning.
Structural Engineering
A beautiful design means nothing if the box collapses. We engineer custom 2D dielines, calculate material weight distribution, and design internal fitments (inserts) that securely cradle your product.
3D Digital Prototyping
Before we cut a single sheet of physical board, we build fully rendered 3D models of your packaging. This allows you to verify lighting, foil placement, and texture scaling digitally, saving weeks of sampling time.
For Agencies & Designers
Print-Ready
File Specs.
Manufacturing heavy-duty rigid boxes requires precision engineering. If you are supplying your own artwork, your files must adhere strictly to these parameters to avoid production delays or pre-press rejection.
.AI, .PDF (High Quality Print), .EPS
Color Space & Pantone Matching
- All artwork must be submitted in CMYK color space. Files submitted in RGB will be automatically converted, which will cause unpredictable color shifts.
- If absolute color accuracy is required, specific Pantone (PMS) Solid Coated or Uncoated swatches must be explicitly called out in the file.
- Rich Black for large solid areas should be set to C: 60, M: 40, Y: 40, K: 100. Standard text should be 100% K only.
Bleed & Edge Wrapping
- Rigid boxes require significantly more bleed than standard flat printing because the paper must wrap around the 3mm structural board and tuck inside the tray.
- A minimum of 15mm to 20mm of outer bleed is mandatory beyond the cut line.
- Keep all critical text and logos at least 5mm away from fold lines (safety margin) to account for microscopic machine shifting.
Typography & Vectors
- All text must be outlined (converted to curves) to prevent missing font errors during pre-press ripping.
- Minimum font size for standard CMYK printing is 6pt. Minimum font size for reversed-out (white on dark background) text is 8pt to prevent ink fill-in.
- Lines and strokes must be a minimum of 0.25pt.
Embellishments (Foil, Spot UV, Emboss)
- Artwork for physical embellishments must be entirely vector-based.
- Setup embellishments on a separate, clearly labeled layer (e.g., 'Gold Foil' or 'Spot UV').
- Set all embellishment artwork to 100% K (Black) and apply 'Overprint' in your Illustrator attributes panel.
Dieline Discipline
- Never flatten the dieline into your artwork layer.
- Keep the dieline on a separate, locked layer on top of your artwork.
- Do not alter the dimensions of a dieline provided by our structural engineers. Even a 1mm change can break the friction-fit mechanics of a rigid box.
Submit files for a Pre-Press check.
Not sure if your dieline is built correctly? Send us your working files. Our pre-press engineers will run a diagnostic check and flag any bleeding, font, or mechanical errors before sampling.
